Transactions processed by 2Checkout may appear on your billing statement under their designation.

Services are billed on a prepaid basis and renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal.

Invoices are issued in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or expiration of the Service.

Refund eligibility and conditions are governed exclusively by our Terms of Service.

Refund requests should be submitted through your client account or via support.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, services associated with the disputed transaction may be suspended pending review.
